Sanoy, Sansanoy and Smanglof are guardian angels against evil in the Jewish sorcery tradition, and they appear in many verbal references and on amulets.
These angels/devils are the intermediaries between the world of human life and the evil represented by Lilith, so are the ones who can prevent Lilith from achieving her natural mission of hurting human life.
